The CLEAR App Process
NSBE will use CLEAR to collect proof of vaccination for convention attendees. CLEAR’s free mobile app and Health Pass feature provide a simple and secure way for this information to be shared. All attendees must complete the Clear Daily Screening survey every day for access into the NSBE48 convention venues. More information regarding CLEAR can be found at the end of this document.
There will be some legitimate instances where some users are unable to load their vaccine records to the Clear Health Pass app. These instances include: lack of a smartphone, a vaccine record from outside of the United States, or minors In these instances, attendees/exhibitors need to bring a paper or digital copy of their documentation where extra security is available in secondary screening to manually review documentation.
We strongly encourage attendees to utilize the Clear Health Pass app to reduce the lines for those individuals who legitimately aren’t able to, utilize the app.
